Hwange National Park Game Drives Staying at Miombo Lodge

You will be picked up from their hotel or lodge in Victoria Falls in the morning at 7:00 a.m. The drive will take approximately two hours of safe driving. The expected time of arrival at the lodge will be around 9:30 a.m. upon which check-in will be done then you can settle in and spend the afternoon at leisure, reading a book on the day bed overlooking the waterhole or cooling off in the pool. The first-day activity will be an afternoon game drive in the private concession or the famous Hwange National Park depending on the game movement.

Full-Day Safari Game Drive at Hwange National Park

In the morning, you will have either a continental or English breakfast at the lodge before you go on the game drive. The safari experience will be a full-day game drive which will be spent at the Hwange National Park. Meals are served during the game drive at selected raised platforms where there are waterholes to watch wildlife.
The game drive is expected to end at around 4:00 p.m. Then you will be transferred back to the lodge where you will have dinner at 7:00 p.m.

Morning Game Drives and Departure to Victoria Falls

You will have a morning game drive at the private concession and prepare to depart from Hwange National Park at 11:00 a.m. A transfer is arranged and the expected time of arrival in Victoria Falls is 1:00 p.m. You will be assisted to check in at the lodge of your choice, or we can arrange to book your accommodation.

Additional activities that may be done in Victoria Falls will include a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River and the boma dinner and drumming show at the safari lodge.
