Nairobi - Amboseli national park

Upon arrival, you will be warmly received by a representative from Bencia Africa Adventure either at the airport or at your hotel in Nairobi. After a short safari briefing, you will begin your scenic drive across the Athi Plains, home to the proud Maasai tribe, en route to Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for lunch.

Following check-in at the lodge and some time to relax, you will depart for your first exciting afternoon game drive. The park is renowned for its large elephant herds, as well as antelopes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and the elusive leopard. Nearly every view within the park is set against the breathtaking backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Dinner and overnight stay will be at Sentrim Amboseli.

Amboseli National Park - Tsavo West National Park

The day begins with an early morning game drive in search of the park’s great predators and, with luck, their cubs. This is one of the best times to experience the wilderness, as the animals are most active during the cool morning hours.

After breakfast, you will depart for Tsavo West National Park, enjoying an en-route lunch along the way. Covering approximately 20,808 square kilometres, the park is one of Kenya’s largest and most diverse wildlife sanctuaries.

Its landscapes range from open plains and savannah bush to semi-desert scrub, acacia woodlands, rocky ridges, and volcanic outcrops. With permanent water sources throughout the park, visitors are rewarded with excellent game viewing opportunities, including cheetahs, lions, leopards, hyenas, and herds of over 3,500 elephants.

An early morning game drive permits further exploration of this great Park. The Park has large number of birds estimated to be over 500 species. After late breakfast depart for Nairobi with lunch on the way arriving in Nairobi late evening, drop off at your place of stay or airport.
