Day 1

Meet your safari guide and leave Entebbe/Kampala in the morning for your Queen Elizabeth safari. The target for the day is Queen Elizabeth National park. Our first stop on the way is by the equator to get the experience of standing with one foot on either side of the southern- and northern hemisphere. Continue on for lunch in the town of Mbarara and then do the last part of the journey through rolling hills with tea plantations. Arrive at the lodge and enjoy a relaxed evening. Overnight: At the hotel on full board.

Day 2

Chimps tracking, Game drive and Boat-cruise

Chimps tracking, Game drive and Boat-cruise

Start the day off with chimps trekking in Kalinzu forest. Here you will get a walk in beautiful jungle and the excitement of seeing chimpanzees. Go back to the lodge after the trek for lunch and later go a boat cruise on Kazinga channel where you will have a chance to see a variety of animals such as elephants, buffaloes, Hippos, crocodiles, different bird species on the banks of the lake. After the boat-cruise your guide takes you back to the lodge.

Day 3

Kyambura gorge hiking and evening game drive in Kasenyi

Kyambura gorge hiking and evening game drive in Kasenyi

In the morning your guide takes you to Kyambura Gorge hiking including Bird watching as part of the safari. Private viewing of black and white monkeys, giant forest hogs and red tailed monkeys. When you get back from the trek your guide takes you to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon go for a game drive and later visit the crater twin salt lakes where you will meet wild game grazing including crocodiles, elephants, buffalos and Uganda kobs. Overnight at Elephant Hab Lodge Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Tree climbing lions and Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park

After your breakfast your guide will lead you to Bwindi Impenetrable national park the home of gorilla. Go through Ishasha side of the park well known for tree climbing lions and proceed to Bwindi forest. Enjoy the changing landscape as the car slowly climbs up towards the misty mountains of the gorillas. This is a great experience as you go through many communities with lots of plantations. Overnight at Lodge.

Start the day with breakfast and the guide will take you to the starting point of the gorilla trekking in the morning and you set of for your adventure. The trek takes you through the jungle up to the point where the gorillas are and you get to spent one hour with them. When you are back from the gorilla trekking, have lunch and your guide takes you to the stunningly beautiful Lake Bunyonyi. Overnight: At the hotel on full board.
