In the morning, embark on a guided village walk through the nearby village of Ngurdoto. Explore the local school, hospital, and church, and engage with friendly villagers, gaining valuable insights into Tanzanian daily life.

Following lunch at the lodge, journey to Makumira to visit the "Child in the Star" project. Tour the classrooms, observe students in action, and converse with them and their teachers. You'll embark on a hike alongside rice fields guided by the students, lasting about 1.5 hours (though the duration can be tailored to your preferences and conditions). During this trek, students will passionately share insights about the diverse bird species, monkeys, stunning natural scenery from a unique perspective, and even an old German colonial house. More importantly, you'll have the opportunity to connect with these young boys and hear their compelling stories—an eye-opening experience.

Arusha - Lake Manyara National Park

Following an early breakfast, embark on a journey to Lake Manyara, making your way to the lively Mto wa Mbu Village, a remarkable community in Northern Tanzania that represents a rich tapestry of cultures. Led by a local guide who hails from this village, you'll engage in a cultural walking tour that delves into the diverse traditions of the various Tanzanian ethnic groups residing here. Tanzania boasts over 100 distinct ethnic communities, and in Mto wa Mbu, you'll interact with individuals from these groups, each maintaining their unique way of life.

This cultural exploration lasts about 2 hours and concludes with a visit to the Mama Africa Group, where local women will prepare an authentic African lunch featuring traditional dishes. After your meal, continue your journey to Lake Manyara National Park for an afternoon game drive along the breathtaking African Great Rift Valley, offering panoramic vistas of Lake Manyara. As daylight wanes, return to your lodge before nightfall.

Lake Manyara - North Serengeti National Park

Following an early breakfast, prepare for your journey with a picnic lunch in tow, heading north to Serengeti National Park. As you make your way through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a brief stop at the main gate will be necessary for entry formalities. Continuing your adventure, you'll drive up to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, offering you another opportunity for photos and scenic views.

After this short stop, your journey takes you through Central Serengeti in the Seronera Area. Depending on the time available, you may enjoy a brief game drive in this area. However, your ultimate destination is the North Serengeti, near the Mara River. Arriving at your camp before nightfall, you'll settle in for dinner and an overnight stay.

Given the popularity of this event, your guide will provide guidance on how to navigate the area and avoid crowds. In the late afternoon, you'll return to your camp before darkness sets in, where dinner and overnight accommodations await.

During this journey, you'll encounter both migrating and resident animals, including lions, other big cats, and various grazers.

Your destination is Central Serengeti, specifically the Seronera area, which serves as the heart of Serengeti National Park. This region is a crucial meeting point for all the animals during the migration season, as they rely on the Seronera River as a water source. It's where they gather, drink, and regroup before deciding whether to continue their journey north or south.

You'll arrive at your camp before darkness falls, providing a comfortable setting for dinner and an overnight stay.
