Pick up from your hotel or residence at 5:00 am, then transfer to the area near the station of Dar es Salaam for the 6:00 am express train to Morogoro, arriving at 7:40 am. Meet your professional safari guide and proceed to Mikumi National Park, located between the Uluguru Mountains to the north and the Lumango Mountains to the southeast. The park is home to elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, leopards, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, and wildebeests, offering excellent wildlife and birdwatching opportunities with minimal driving. Enjoy a hot lunch at a nearby restaurant inside the park before continuing your afternoon game drive. In the late afternoon, transfer to Camp Bastian Lodge for evening relaxation.

After breakfast at Camp Bastian Lodge, you will visit a Maasai Boma near Mikumi National Park for an authentic cultural experience, engaging with the daily life, traditions, and customs of the Maasai community. The visit typically includes a guided tour of traditional mud huts, demonstrations of Maasai dances, storytelling, local crafts such as beadwork, and insights into their pastoral lifestyle. These tours are organized ethically through local enterprises, with proceeds supporting community development. After this immersive cultural experience, enjoy a hot lunch at the lodge before being transferred back to Morogoro town for the 8:30 pm express SGR train to Dar es Salaam, arriving at 9:55 pm. Our representative will meet you at the station and escort you to your hotel or residence, marking the conclusion of a memorable trip.
