Day 1

You'll depart Nairobi early in the morning for Amboseli National Park. Most famous for its stunning views of Africa’s highest mountain, Mt. Kilimanjaro, the park offers photographers the opportunity to snap photos of elephants, lions, zebras, and giraffes against the backdrop of Africa’s most famous mountain. The park is home to a large resident population of Burchell’s zebras and elephants. Other herbivores include Thomson’s and Grant's gazelles, buffalos, warthogs, Maasai giraffes, impalas, waterbucks, and dik-diks. Carnivores are represented by lions, spotted hyenas, wild cats, jackals, caracals, and cheetahs. With regards to birds, more than 400 species of birds have been registered, among which are pelican, flamingo, kingfisher, African fish eagle, ibis, crowned crane, grey and Goliath herons, kori bustard, and hornbills. You’ll have lunch at your lodge upon arrival before heading out into the park for an afternoon game drive. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the camp.

Day 2

Amboseli National Park to Nairobi
You'll wake up early for a sunrise game drive through the Amboseli National Park. The cooler air and low light are the ideal time to spot hunters such as lions and leopards on the prowl, and the early morning light is also quite spectacular as it sets fire to the landscape. After a late breakfast, you will drive back to Nairobi, where you’ll be transferred to the JKIA Airport or your hotel.
