Day 1

After breakfast at your Nairobi hotel, we'll pick you up for the journey to Masai Mara. We'll drive through the Great Rift Valley en route to Maasai Mara National Park. This expansive reserve is part of the Serengeti Vast Plains, is renowned for the remarkable Great Wildebeest Migration, and is home to the “Big Five”: lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino. Lunch will be provided at our camp, allowing you time to relax before the afternoon drive. Other notable animals in the park include Maasai giraffe, buffalo, eland, and various plains game such as impala, zebra, topi, both Thomson's and Grant's gazelles.

Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

Day 2

After a 6:30am breakfast, you'll embark on a full day of game driving with a packed lunch in hand. The search for the great wild animals continues, with large herds of herbivores grazing on the plains, and cheetahs and leopards concealed in their habitats. The Masai Mara is considered the highlight of Kenya's wildlife viewing areas, boasting around 95 species of mammals, amphibians, reptiles, and over 400 bird species. Wildlife is abundant here, making it highly likely for visitors to spot the big five (buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, and rhino). Midday meals will be enjoyed at the Mara River migration point. Later, you'll return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3

You’ll begin the day with an early morning game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve. Following the game drive, you’ll return for breakfast and then transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch. During the journey, you’ll keep an eye out for leopards, which are frequently seen in Lake Nakuru National Park. After lunch, embark on another game drive, specifically seeking out the two species of rhino black and white) that are found here. Lake Nakuru National Park is renowned for its diverse bird species and hosts thousands of flamingos.

Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the hotel.

After breakfast, spend the entire day in Amboseli National Park. The imposing presence of Mount Kilimanjaro makes Amboseli a great location for photographers since it provides a stunning backdrop for wildlife and scenic photography. Optionally, you can take a tour to a Maasai village to observe their traditional way of life and dances. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

After an early morning (6:30am breakfast), you’ll head out for a game drive with a packed lunch in hand. Spend time in the park searching for its well-known residents, including predators and other wildlife like zebra, giraffe, hippo, and large elephants, all against the backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro. After the game drive, you’ll depart Amboseli in the afternoon for an overnight stay in Nairobi.

Day 7

Depart from Nairobi in the morning after breakfast and then head to Nanyuki town for lunch (an approximately four-hour journey). Continue to Sirimon Gate, which is about one hour away and stands at an elevation of 2440m. Follow the track from the gate as it ascends through the forest, which transitions into heath land after approximately three hours. About 3.5 hours from the gate, the track turns right towards Judmier Camp at 3300m, where you'll have dinner and spend the night. Lunch and dinner will be provided.

After breakfast, you’ll ascend along the track, taking the left fork at the junction. Approximately one hour from Old Moses Camp, the track intersects with the Ontulili River. You’ll proceed to the right, contouring through the Moorland and crossing Liki North. Continue uphill towards Mackinders Valley, which offers panoramic views up the valley towards the main peaks. Dinner and your overnight stay will at the Shipton Camp (4200m). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided.

Day 9

We’ll depart the camp at 3:00am, ascending a steep stony quarry that cuts through a cliff, clearing a visible path towards the lower Hall Tarns. We’ll arrive at Lenana Point by 6:30am (about three hours). After the sunrise, you’ll descend to Shipton Camp in two hours for breakfast and then continue downwards for four hours to reach Old Moses Camp for dinner and your overnight stay. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided.
