This crater was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979 and is one of the few places on earth where humans and wild animals coexist peacefully. The Ngorongoro Crater is famous for its exceptional game viewing, as there is a constant abundance of wildlife due to the permanent water supply on the crater floor.

As an optional activity, you can visit a Maasai Village located in the Ngorongoro Highlands. During your visit, you will have the chance to meet the elders, warriors, women, and children of Tanzania's people. You can learn about their culture, beliefs, and traditions, which will be an enriching experience.
