Day 1

Your Amboseli Safari Adventure begins at 7:30 AM with a pickup from your Nairobi hotel or directly from the airport. From there, you'll embark on a scenic drive—approximately 4 hours—heading south to Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya’s most iconic wildlife destinations.

Upon arrival around midday, you’ll check in at your selected lodge or tented camp, followed by a hearty hot lunch. After some rest, you’ll set out on your first afternoon game drive.

Amboseli is famous for its majestic herds of free-roaming elephants and its breathtaking backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. During the drive, you’ll also have the chance to spot an array of wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and a rich variety of bird species.

After an exciting afternoon in the wild, you’ll return to your lodge or camp by around 5:30 to 6:00 PM. Relax, freshen up, and enjoy a delicious freshly prepared dinner, marking the perfect end to your first day in the bush.

Begin your day with an early morning game drive in Amboseli National Park, setting off around 6:15 AM to catch wildlife at its most active. Explore the open plains and enjoy sightings of elephants, lions, zebras, and other iconic African wildlife. After an exciting morning in the wild, return to camp around 9:00 AM for a hearty breakfast.

Following breakfast, check out and begin your journey toward Tsavo West National Park, a scenic drive of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Along the way, enjoy a packed lunch as you transition from the plains of Amboseli to the rugged, volcanic landscapes of Tsavo West.

Upon arrival at Tsavo West National Park, check in at your selected lodge or tented camp. Spend your evening relaxing and soaking in the tranquil surroundings of one of Kenya’s most dramatic and diverse safari destinations. A delicious dinner will be served at the lodge or camp, giving you time to unwind and prepare for the next day's adventures in Tsavo West.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at your lodge or camp, check out and set off on a scenic drive to Tsavo East National Park, which takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.

Arrive in Tsavo East around midday and check into your chosen safari lodge or tented camp. After a relaxing lunch, take some time to unwind and soak in the natural beauty of your surroundings before embarking on an afternoon game drive.

Tsavo East National Park safaris are known for their expansive open savannahs, striking red-dust terrain, and large herds of elephants—often seen dusted in the park’s iconic crimson soil. As you explore, keep your camera ready for sightings of lions, giraffes, buffaloes, and a variety of birdlife.

Return to your lodge or camp by around 6:00 PM. Enjoy a freshly prepared dinner and a restful evening.

Enjoy the tranquil beauty of the park as the sun rises and wildlife is most active. The game drive continues until around 9:00 AM, after which you’ll return to camp for a well-earned breakfast.

After breakfast, check out and begin your return journey to Nairobi—a scenic drive that takes approximately 6 to 6.5 hours.

Optional Coastal Extension:
If you’re planning to continue your adventure to the Kenyan coast, we can arrange a convenient drop-off at Voi Train Station, where you’ll board the SGR (Standard Gauge Railway) train to Mombasa.
