Day 1

After breakfast we'll have 2 hours drive to Tarangire National Park gate. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses the park. The landscape is composed of granitic ridges, river valley and swamps. Its Vegetation is a mix of acacia wood land, combretum woodland, seasonally flooded grassland, and baobab trees. Tarangire National Park is also home for more than 550 bird species hence attracts the bird enthusiasts. Expect to sightview big5 and zebra, wildebeest, waterbuck, giraffe, dik dik, impala, eland, grant's gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, and olive baboon. Tarangire National Park is famous due to its high density of elephants and is documented that the oldest elephant that gave birth to twins was found at Tarangire. Also Tarangire is famous because of its termite mounds that dot its landscape and good home for dwarf mongoose. Lunch at picnic site and continue game drive and heading to Marera Valley Lodge.

Day 2

Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

Tarangire to Serengeti National Park

After early breakfast in Tarangire National Park drive to Serengeti. Central/Seronera Valley; Maasai called it “Serengit” meaning the land of endless plains. Southern Zone has an endless plain accumulated with savannah grassland which provide the wide area throughout the year for the wildlife such as Wildebeest, Zebra, Coke’s Hartebeest, waterbuck, Grant’s and Thomson Gazelle, Impalla, to graze. In Seronera Valley there is dotted acacia vegetation which appears in a group like structure known as Kopjes which provides a good vantage for predators spot their prey and a refuge for Hyrax, Pythons and reptiles such as lizards. African Leopard are commonly seen. Lunch at picnic site continue game drive till evening and heading to Serengeti Engiterata Adventure for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Central Serengeti National Park to Karatu

This day you'll start sunrise game drive to explore many more animals in Central. It contains black clay pans, which support acacia trees and the giraffe that browse on them. Thick woodland is home to several varieties of primates from vervet monkeys, olive baboons to bushbabies. Central grasslands teem with varied herbivores including elands, impalas, buffalos, topis, hippos, and also their predators, hyenas, lions, leopards, cheetahs and other small cats. On the plains, elephants are plentiful. Moru kopjes loom from the sweeping savannah like ships on a golden-green sea. In addition to their matchless flora, weird candelabra trees and dazzling ephemeral flowers, the fauna include rare black rhino. Lunch at the picnic site and soon after lunch exit the park head to your lodge at Karatu.

Day 4

After breakfast from your safari lodge 1 hour drive to Ngorongoro National Park gate. The park has fertile volcanic land soil which supports many habitats. The park has "Lake Makat”(soda lake) Maasai word meaning "salt” home of various birds' species. Ngorongoro National Park is the only park in Tanzania that provides yearly around view the big 5 probably once in a single day of visiting. Also the park is well known for the existence of Maasai families in circular homesteads called Bomas. Ngorongoro National Park is best site to understand early human evolution pioneered by Mary and Louis Leakey. Other wildlife expected to sight wildebeest, gazelle, golden –jackal, bat-eared foxi, hippopotamus, East African wild dog, African leopard, ungulates, waterbucks, buffalo, eland, serval. Absenties wildlife are giraffe, oribi, topi, spotted hyena, African leopard, chetah, impala which are rarely seen in the park. Lunch at picnic site and overnight at Karibu Heritage House.
