Day 1

Transfer to Murchison falls National Park

Drive from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park taking Luwero-Gulu highway, through Nakasongola dry corridor before reaching the branch off point to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary.
Stop over at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. These are the only Rhinos in Uganda that are in the wild. Track them on the foot which is a good memorable engaging activity.
After tracking, drive to the selected Restaurants en-route for Lunch. Drive via the main gate of Kichumbanyobo, through Kaniyo- Pabidi forest is rewarding with plenty of forest birds, and primates such as baboons, Blue and black Columbus monkeys before reaching the escarpment with fantastic view. Driving to the top of falls is rewarding breath taking scenery, view the majestic waters of the River Nile, as it squeezes through 6 meters wide. You have an opportunity to see the violent compression through the narrow gorge creating a continuous roar into devils cauldron creating a trade mark rainbow. Afterwards, drive to the Lodge to check in for overnight.

After breakfast, drive through this Palm dotted vegetation, beginning your journey into the soul of Africa. It sparks to life when see lions, hyenas and feel the ground vibrate of giant elephants cross right in-front of you, never to be forgotten sights and safari moments.
Enjoy the Nile valley for the best of iconic and unforgettable safari moments in this national park. As you drive around watch the plentiful herds of Uganda kobs, heartbeats, water bucks, buffalos, giraffes with spectacular view to watch some of beautiful and playful birds. Drive back to the lodge, After lunch drive to the river for the afternoon boat cruise up stream to the bottom of the Falls. Here you view the permanent residents of the river such as, Hippos, crocodiles, just meters away. It provides you with the tranquil sun downer as you cruise back offering the classic view of an equatorial sunset reflected on the river. This is one of the most and Rewarding and unforgettable experience.

Day 3

Community visit and cultural experience

Community visit and cultural experience

After breakfast, drive to Bugungu Community. This activity takes you through the journey of discovery of the lives of the local people, meet local farmers, and see their traditional way of life, meet the reformed poachers, visit organic gardens of cassava, and orchards of organic fruits, visit the traditional medicine man’s shrines, visit the traditional bee keeping project, and see how honey is traditionally harvested and also learn the African Art of bee husbandry, get welcomed by the vibrant performance of music and dance of the local people. It is a wonderful glimpse of life. Afterwards we drive back to Kampala.
Transfer back to Kampala
Transfer back to Kampala, via Masindi or Hoima with stop overs at the selected restaurants, for lunch before proceeding to Kampala.
