Flying From Zanzibar To Nyerere NP(Selous Game Reserve) & Game Drive

Our Driver will pick you up from your Hotel and transfer you to Zanzibar Airport whereby you will board a plane to Mtemere airstrip, Once you arrive at Mtemere Airstrip in Selous at around 7:15 am, you will be met by our tour guide who will brief you about your full-day game drive.

You will drive into the vast Selous Game Reserve/ Nyerere national park to explore the diverse wildlife and undisturbed nature for a full day. Countless elephants and buffaloes, pride of lions, giraffes, zebras and impalas are quite common.
Selous is also quite famous for having a huge population of African wild dogs.

Enjoy a tasty picnic lunch break from a safe vantage point while taking in the beautiful scenery and wildlife in their natural habitat. In the evening you will return to Selous Kinga Lodge for overnight

Boat Safari & Flying Back To Zanzibar

After early morning tea/coffee, you'll depart the lodge for a sunrise boat safari along the Great Rufiji River. Awesome views of hippos growling, crocodiles basking on the banks and the abundant birdlife will spice up your spectacular dawn!

After this awesome boat safari, you will be transferred back to the lodge for a full English/ continental breakfast. Later, you'll leave for a Village Tour before lunch, with ample time to relax. You'll then check out for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar at 16h00.
