After breakfast, depart at 8:00 AM with packed lunches for a full-day safari in Lake Manyara National Park. Nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, the park is famous for its rare tree-climbing lions, large troops of baboons, and rich birdlife, including pelicans, storks, and flocks of pink flamingos along the lake’s edge. After breakfast, depart from Twiga Camp at 7:00 AM with packed lunches and begin your journey to Serengeti National Park, home to the legendary Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. Along the way, you may opt for an optional visit to a traditional Maasai village (available at an extra cost) to experience the rich culture and customs of the Maasai people. Arrive at the Serengeti gate by noon, enjoy your lunch, and proceed with an afternoon game drive in the Seronera area, renowned for its abundant wildlife and scenic plains dotted with acacia trees. Begin your day with an early morning game drive in Serengeti from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, the best time to witness predators in action and catch the park's wildlife at its most active. Explore the vast plains in search of lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and grazing herds of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles. Return to the camp for a hearty brunch, followed by a short rest. At 12:00 PM, depart for Ngorongoro, enjoying an en-route game drive through the Serengeti's changing landscapes and rich wildlife corridors. Pass through the Naabi Hill Gate as you enter the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Ascend to the crater rim, reaching the Simba Campsite by around 5:00 PM.
