Nairobi - Masai Mara

Assemble 7:30am. Depart Nairobi in the morning around 8:00-8:15am for a journey south through the floor of the Great Rift Valley to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Arrive for Lunch at the camp. Enjoy late afternoon game viewing. Dinner and overnight at the camp/Lodge.

Masai Mara Game viewing

After breakfast leave the camp with picnic lunch for a full day game viewing in this famous national reserve. You shall spot thousands of wildlife including Buffalos, hippos in the Mara River, lion, rhino, giraffe, wildebeest, zebra, warthog, hyena, jackal, wild dog, leopard, many kinds of antelope and elephant. The annual wildebeest migration, a once in a lifetime natural wonder, occurs in the Mara from July to September where millions of wildebeest and zebra migrate from the Serengeti in search of abundant water and pasture. Maasai Mara is also home to many members of the colorful Maasai community who may be seen around the borders of the park-Moran’s (warriors). In the evening, dinner & overnight at the camp.
