Please familiarize yourself with the covid-19 regulations. Pick-up at Skukuza Airport has an R100 landing fee (payable on the day).
Start the day early on this intimate small group safari (less than 10 people), optionally booked from accommodations in Johannesburg. The arranged professional pick-up driver for ZAR 875 per transfer will take guests to the shuttle pick-up point.
The optional shuttle from Johannesburg to Kruger Park leaves at 6:45 am from the OR Tambo bus terminal (included).
Alternatively, we do picks up from Nelspruit Airport at 1:15 pm (included). This provides flexibility to get to the safari.
A scenic drive with fantastic photographic opportunities takes us though the escarpment to the Sabi Sands Game Reserve (when taking the shuttle service from Johannesburg). We advise guests to buy take-out meals at the standard road stop (at their own account).
The afternoon drives continue after dark and dinner is served afterwards.

Day 2

The day starts with an early wake-up call between 5:00 am and 5:30 am. Tea, coffee and muffins are enjoyed before leaving at first light on your morning game drive. Have a full breakfast at 9:00 am. You can also opt for a bush walk instead of the morning game drive (should the lodge include it).
After breakfast and a short rest break, and you will be transferred back to Kruger National Park for your overnight stay.
Your afternoon Kruger game drive starts at approximately 3:00 pm.
Animal sightings are not guaranteed, however the chances to spot all of the Big Five on our safaris is very good!
A delicious dinner (catering for various diets), as well as a glass of wine is included after the afternoon game drive.
Your overnight stay will be in Kruger National Park.

Day 3

The day starts early (after the game rangers or hosts’ wake-up call). The start time of your morning drive will depend on rest camp gate opening times (as it differs throughout the year). You may still be able to see nocturnal animals. April to September, the rest camp gates open at 6:00 am, November to January at 4:30 am and February, March and October rest camp gates open at 5:30 am.
Enjoy coffee or tea with rusks/muffins. The morning game drive is the last chance to spot the Big Five, offering guests the opportunity to explore spectacular wild Africa and spot a vast array of interesting wildlife.
After the morning game drive, brunch is a hot breakfast.
Guests are dropped off at Skukuza Airport according to their flight time, at Nelspruit Airport strictly at 1:15 pm (included) and in Johannesburg between 5:00 pm and 18:00 pm (included).
