Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park

Right after picking you up at 6:00am from your hotel, we start a safari to Mikumi, with a packed lunchbox. Upon arrival (at 16:00) you will have game viewing/driving around the park till sunset dinner and overnight at Mikumi Bush Camp or Mikumi Bandas. You will be able to see elephant, lion, wild dog, zebras, hyena, buffalo, wildebeest, eland, hartebeest, crocodile, lizard, and other residents. Over 300 species of birds have been observed in this park. Dinner and overnight at Mikumi Bandas inside the park. In this unique accommodation you will be enjoying the natural environment and weather of Mikumi national Park.

After enjoying a good breakfast, you will leave the camp to Mikumi Park for morning game viewing. The morning is the best time, as most of the killings takes place around this time. After break fast our professional guide will take you to proceed with the game and he will also share lots of hidden secrets in the Mikumi with you, such as why Mikumi shall never die, how the survival of the fittest applies in the Mikumi, and much more. Later after lunch, proceed with game and then late evening will have a 2 hour experience Maasai Village tour before drive to you are hotel for an overnight stay at Camp Bastian Camp.
