Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel at 8:00am or Airport and you will drive west for Maasai Mara Game Reserve with lunch en route. You will arrive in time for an evening game drive. Masai Mara game is Kenya's finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Although July, August, and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round. The famous Maasai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve. Dinner and overnight is at the camp.

Masai Mara National Reserve

On this day, you will wake up as early as 6:30 am, then proceed to our dining hall where you will find your buffet breakfast served by our cook. You will have 30 minutes of breakfast and thereafter, leave for the whole day game drive with your packed picnic lunch. Our driver will open the pop-up roof so that you are able to stand and have a clear game view while in your game drive. You will start spotting animals at a very close distance and we advise our guests to have all their cameras ready as the animals are in their natural habitats and actions takes place without notice. Lunch will be served here. You will be able to see the hippo pool where with luck you may spot crocodiles basking on the rocks. Numerous plains game including antelopes, wildebeests, zebras, Masai giraffes can be seen as well as scavengers like hyenas and vultures. After lunch, you will proceed for another afternoon game drive and return to the lodge at around 5:00 pm for dinner and your overnight stay.

Masai Mara National Reserve to Lake Nakuru

After Breakfast We depart from our safari lodge/camp at 10 a.m (Optional visit to Masai Village) and proceed to Lake Nakuru for evening Game drive. On arrival check in at your Hotel for lunch. In the evening 4pm Embark on the afternoon game drive in the park to see the hundreds of animals in the park including lion, buffalo, Rothschild’s giraffe, black and white rhino, waterbuck, reedbuck, leopard, baboon. Drive back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
