Day 5

Commence your day early, around 6:00-6:30 am, for an exciting descent into the Ngorongoro Crater. The early start enhances our chances of spotting black rhinos.
In the comfort of your open roof 4x4 land cruiser, spend the majority of your time exploring the Crater. With its 600- to 650-meter-high walls, the Ngorongoro Crater resembles a natural zoo. The landscape varies with the seasons, offering unique scenes found nowhere else in Tanzania.
After a day filled with excitement, enjoy a picnic lunch by the famous hippo pool. Engage in another game drive before returning to Arusha and fly to Zanzibar.
For your convenience, washrooms are accessible at entry gates and picnic sites. Anticipate a fulfilling 6–7-hour game drive, capturing the diverse wonders of the Ngorongoro Crater.
