Day 1

At 07h00, you’ll be picked up from the airport or hotel and set out on an exciting road trip to the Masai Mara. There will be short stops along the way to visit the washroom and stretch your legs. At 13h00, we’ll arrive at the Mara for check-in and lunch before your afternoon game drive at 16h00.

Your driver-guide will take you to the area’s wildlife hotspots. Some wildlife is more difficult than others to spot, such as the leopard. These spotted cats blend in almost seamlessly into the tall grass and shrubbery and are even more challenging to spot up in their favorite hangout (the trees). Your guide will take you to nearby waterholes, where on a hot day, you might see a variety of birds and other animal species.

Day 2

After breakfast, we’ll leave for a full day of exploration in the wilderness with a picnic lunch box in hand. The Masai Mara is one of the best-known reserves in the world and is globally renowned for its exceptional wildlife. Despite comprising just 0.01% of Africa's total landmass, more than 40% of Africa's larger mammals can be found here. Across the vast plains of the Mara, visitors can see lions, cheetahs, leopards, and elephants.

You will return to the lodge in the late afternoon for a refreshing shower, followed by time around the campfire exchanging stories of the day with the other guests. A candlelit dinner will complete your day, after which you will be escorted to your room.

Day 3

Masai Mara - Lake Naivasha

You will have breakfast at the camp and then load all of your luggage onto your tour Land Cruiser. Proceed to Lake Naivasha with a few stops along the way to stretch your legs and visit clean toilets. Arrive in good time for lunch.

Later in the afternoon, visit Lake Naivasha and do a guided boat safari (included in the tour package). You will witness the concentrated wildlife, the vibrant birdlife, and the beauty of the lake.

Day 4

Lake Naivasha - Amboseli National Park

At 06h30, you will eat breakfast and then transfer to Amboseli National Park. Along the way, you will stop to stretch your legs and use the washroom. You’ll arrive at Amboseli AA Lodge in time for lunch and relaxation before your afternoon game drive at 16h00.

The name “Amboseli” comes from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust.” It is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore different habitats here, including the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, sulphur springs wetlands, savannah, and woodlands. You can also visit with the local Maasai community who live around the park to experience their authentic culture. At 18h30, you will head back to your camp.

Day 5

After breakfast at the lodge, you’ll go on a full-day game drive in this spectacular park with a picnic lunch in hand. This spectacular park is crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak. The name “Amboseli' comes from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust” and is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. You will enjoy your picnic lunch boxes on the Observation Hill while enjoying views of Mount Kilimanjaro and the park below. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

Day 6

Amboseli National Park - Tsavo West National Park

After breakfast at the lodge, you will transfer to Tsavo West National Park. You will stop at the Chyulu Gate en route and then make your way to the Kilaguni Serena Lodge for check-in and lunch. In the afternoon, you will enjoy the land of “lava, springs, man-eaters, and magical sunsets”. You will marvel at the sight of fifty million gallons of crystal-clear water gushing out from under the parched lava rock at Mzima Springs to the Shetani lava flows.

Tsavo West is a beautiful, rugged wilderness featuring open grassland scrublands, acacia woodlands, belts of riverine vegetation, and rocky ridges. It offers some of the most magnificent game viewing in the world. Animals found here include elephants, rhinos, lions, hippos, and leopards.

After breakfast at the lodge, you will be transferred to the Mtito Andei station to connect to your train heading to Mombasa. Upon arrival, you will be met by our guide who will transfer you to your preferred hotel along Diani Beach. This will conclude our service.
