Day 1

Canoeing Safari & Sundowner

Canoeing Safari & Sundowner

You'll have a special welcome by our representative (or your guide) upon arrival at the airport, then board your vehicle for a leisure drive to your hotel. The drive from the airport to your hotel is about 45 min to 1hr. After check-in, you will be escorted to your special honeymoon room.

Later on, our representative will pick you up for an amazing sunset canoeing in one of the spectacular crater lakes, a true sanctuary nature trail lake surrounded by a forest with over 130 different bird species. The sunset is magical... very quiet and so peaceful. You will spend 1.5 hours cruising the lake and watching the birds go to sleep. Later, you will enjoy a bottle of wine (white/red) or champagne and snacks on the lake shore watching the sunset.

On this day, we will also meet for a safari briefing to share some tips with regard to your safari before embarking on a wildlife sanctuary!

Day 2

After breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up for a 2-hour leisurely drive south-westwards to Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire National Park has the highest concentration of elephants in Northern Tanzania. You will witness an unforgettable natural wonder as you observe exotic mammals such as lions, giraffes, buffalo, wildebeests, zebras, and various types of antelopes such as gazelles. If you're a birdwatcher, then Tarangire is a paradise with over 550 species, including the Maasai Ostrich, the world's largest bird.

Later, you will drive further to your lodging located near Lake Manyara, where you will enjoy an intimate and unforgettable private dinner surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the wilderness. Set against a magical natural backdrop, your table will be beautifully arranged for a romantic evening, with delicious cuisine, attentive service, and the sounds of nature creating the perfect atmosphere.

After a heartly breakfast at your lodge, you will depart with packed lunch to Central Serengeti via Ngorongoro Highlands with stunning landscape.

Central Serengeti offers everyday opportunity to spot Tanzania’s most impressive wildlife. Seronera River Valley is a ‘must see’ game area on each safari to Serengeti regardless. This area is dominated by an incredible number of resident wildlife including the “Big Five”.

Your day is dedicated to see the best of Serengeti wildlife activities with its endless plains rolling into the distance as far as the eyes can see.; arrive at the lodge for evening leisure, dinner and overnight.

Your entire day is dedicated to seeing the very best of Serengeti. Mornings and evenings are the best for game viewing.

You will descend into the heart of wild Africa-the Serengeti national park-with its endless plains rolling into the distance as far as the eyes can see. You will head to the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River that provides a valuable water source to this zone and hence attracts wildlife representative of most of the Serengeti’s species including lions, cheetahs, elephants, leopards, giraffes, a great number of hippos and abundant birdlife.

Before the sun goes down, you will head to your lodging for a romantic sundowner safari, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the African wilderness. Sip your favorite drink as the sky transforms into beautiful shades of gold and crimson. You will enjoy a peaceful moment watching the magical sunset while listening to the Serengeti in silence!

Final Game Drive in Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater Rim Walk

You will enjoy a hearty breakfast, before departing for your final game drive in Serengeti and yet more heart-stopping photo opportunities!

Around lunchtime, we will set off to Ngorongoro for walking safari on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater. The walk follows the western rim of the Crater, passing by the stunning Oloirobi viewpoint. There are forested areas at the start, which later open up into grasslands. As you walk, you will be treated to breathtaking views of the Crater on your right, and stunning vistas. This is an easy hike, with no steep climbs and only a few gentle slopes. It takes around 1.5-2.5 hours to complete, and can be enjoyed at any time of day, although we recommend avoiding the midday heat. Following this preview to tomorrow descent into the Crater, you will heading to your lodge for evening leisure, dinner and overnight.

Day 6

Following an early breakfast, you will depart with your packed lunch for a game viewing excursion on the crater floor at Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is the world's largest volcano caldera, formed approximately three million years ago. It is widely regarded as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World and is considered one of Africa's most remarkable geological sites.

The crater boasts a unique ecosystem that is home to over 25,000 resident animals. In the grass steppes and acacia forest, one can observe nearly every animal species that inhabits the East African savanna, including the "Big Five" (rhino, elephant, Cape buffalo, lion, leopard).

Later on, you will drive further to the airport (JRO) in time for your flight back home. It is a bittersweet moment for both you and us as we say goodbye, but we hope to see you return soon! 😊.
