Meet our safari coordinator at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, and transfer to the lodge for a briefing on the safari and overnight. We will check your camping outfit and sleeping bag, and you will also have a chance to select your preferred meals during the safari.

Day 2

After breakfast, you will meet your guide and transfer to the park entrance, where you begin your Kilimanjaro climb. After formalities at the park entrance, you enter the rainforest for a gentle walk through verdant scenery to Mandara Hut. For those who don’t want to summit the mighty Kilimanjaro, a day trip may offer you the perfect alternative. You can walk via the Marangu route up to Mandara Hut, which is 2,700 m above sea level, where there is a small crater. The trip will take around 7 hours.
The price includes private transport to and from the lodge, and Tanzania National Park fees, rescue fee, a packed lunch, mineral water, porters and a guide.

Day 3
Tarangire National Park

Enjoy breakfast at 07:00. Pick-up from your hotel in Moshi is at 08:00 and drive on a tarmac road 120 km to Tarangire National Park, which is 2,850 sq km (1,005 sq miles) for game drives. Have a picnic lunch there, then continue with afternoon game viewing in the park, home to lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, python, zebra, oryx, impala, and more. Over 450 bird species have been observed.

Serengeti National Park

Today’s drive takes you to the famous Serengeti National Park, home of the great wildebeest migration. This exciting drive up the highlands provides a spectacular bird’s-eye view of the Ngorongoro Crater. As you crest the hillside, as far as the eyes can see, the vast expanse of the 18,000 sq km (6,900 sq miles) Serengeti is spread out before you. Serengeti, meaning “endless plains” in Kiswahili, is home to more than 2 million large mammals, including more than 1 million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of plains zebra, and Thomson's gazelle. Large predators, including lions, cheetahs, and hyenas, are drawn to the area by the abundance of prey that migrates throughout the park. Smaller animals like rock hyrax, bat-eared fox, mongoose, honey badger, jackal, monkey, baboon, and African hare, as well as nearly 500 species of birds, also inhabit the area.

Day 5
Serengeti / Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a once-in-a-lifetime safari tour. The jewel in Ngorongoro’s crown, this thick volcanic crater is the world's most significant unflooded and unbroken caldera. Upon descending to the crater floor, you will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner of the crater, which is one of the crater’s leading features.

Day 6
Lake Manyara / Arusha
Lake Manyara / Arusha
After breakfast at 07:00, you will be picked up from the lodge at 08:00 and drive 60 km on a tarmac road to Lake Manyara National Park, with a lunch box, for an afternoon game drive. The park is 330 sq km (127 sq miles) and is located at the base of the Great Rift Valley. The park is home to lion, hippo, elephant, zebra, buffalo, giraffe, baboon, blue and vervet monkey, warthog and more. About 350 species of birds have been recorded. This small park also contains 5 distinct vegetation zones, thus supporting a large variety of birds and animals. The Lake Manyara National Park is also famous for its large flocks of flamingos. In this park, canoeing has recently been added to the tourist activities at an extra cost. This is a great way to see the park from a new perspective. You will be dropped off in Arusha or at the airport.
