Day 1

Drive from Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

You will have a meet and greet at your preferred hotel between 8.00 a.m. and 8.30 a.m. Then you'll proceed to join the group. Thereafter, you will drive to Masai Mara. You may stop shortly for scenery viewing at the scenic Great Rift Valley viewpoint for a view of the escarpment and a photo session. You'll proceed to Narok Town where you will have lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, you will proceed to the camp for check-in before you enter the park for an evening game drive. This gives you an opportunity to spot the Big Five animals as well as many other animals which include cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, warthogs, gazelles, wildebeests, and others. At sunset, you will be driven back to the camp for rest and dinner.

Day 2

Game Drives in Masai Mara National Reserve

Game Drives in Masai Mara National Reserve

You will have an early breakfast at 7:00 am then proceed for a morning game drive to see the park when the animals are most active and for a good opportunity to spot the Big Five animals. You will carry a packed picnic lunch to eat during game drives so as to prevent disruption of game drives. After the picnic lunch, you will proceed with the afternoon game drive to explore the 8th Wonder of the World and have a chance to take amazing photographs. If lucky, you might see an adrenaline-filled cheetah hunt in the open plains of the Masai Mara. In the evening, you will transfer back to accommodation for dinner and rest.

Day 3

Drive to Nakuru Town

Drive to Nakuru Town

You will have an early breakfast followed by an optional cultural visit to a Masai village to experience culture and see what a Masai village looks like. You will also get a chance to interact with the local Masai people. Afterward, you will exit the park for a drive to Nakuru town with a lunch stop at Narok town. On arrival in Nakuru, you will be transferred to a hotel where you will spend the night.

Day 4

You will have an early breakfast followed by check out from the hotel. You'll enter the park for an early morning game drive. Lake Nakuru is very scenic in the morning and is one of the well-established rhino sanctuaries in East Africa. Animals and birds that are easy to spot include pelican, stork, white rhino, buffalo, giraffe, warthog, and others. The number of flamingos in the lake has significantly reduced due to high water levels as a result of heavy rains. However, the park still has still maintained its natural beauty because it is home to many animal species and one of the best parks to spot leopards hunting. After the game drives, you will exit from the park and drive back to Nairobi with lunch en route arriving for an evening transfer to Amboseli National Park where you will spend the night.

Day 5

Explore Amboseli National Park

Explore Amboseli National Park

You will have an early breakfast then enjoy an early morning game drive for an opportunity to see the sunrise as well as the beautiful Kilimanjaro and many elephants as they go out to graze. The morning game drive is also recommended for an opportunity to see the animals as they go out to hunt or look for pasture. You will break for a hot lunch at the camp then depart on an afternoon game drive till sunset. You will be driven at a leisurely pace as you stop often to enable you to watch animals, take pictures, and enjoy bird watching. Also, you will drive to the observation hill where you will enjoy the scenic aerial view of the park as you take photos and watch the animals at the nearby swamp with the help of your pair of binoculars. As the sun sets you will be transferred back to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6

Drive back to Nairobi

The elephants also go out to graze in the early morning so this is also a great time to get a nice photo. Afterward, you will exit from the park and drive back to Nairobi at leisure with lunch on the way. On arrival, you will be transferred to your most preferred hotel to rest or alternatively to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
