3-Day Safari Experience in Nyerere N Park

Dar es Salaam to Nyerere National Park

Get up morning after breakfast drive to the park, drive for not less than 5 hours to arrive at your Lodge (lunch time). Your first activities at 4pm will be at the banks of the river Rufiji (boat safari) where most of the animals can easily be spotted like crocodiles, antelopes, hippos, buffalos, lions, wild dogs, warthogs, hyenas, elephants, zebras, wildebeests, zebras and many more others. Return to the camp/ lodge in the evening to freshen up as we wait for the dinner that is served by the chef.

Nyerere wildlife experience

You will wake up early in the morning and start on your game drive for the day. You will start with a full explanation and then drive around the park in search of new game to view different animals. We will have our packed lunch at a selected picnic site and then go for short break. Later game drive along the lakes en route to the lodge for dinner and your overnight.

Walking Safari and transfer to Dar es Salaam

Get up early in the morning for walking safari. A walking safari through Nyerere might not get you to all the corners of the Park but it will get you to some of the best places. A walking safari in Nyerere comes with an armed ranger who is there to make sure that you are not attacked by any wild animals. Return for breakfast and drive back to Dar es salaam drop off airport or hotel.
