Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park

Early morning the driver will pick you up from your residence or airport in Dar es Salaam. From here, you will travel to Mikumi National Park on a journey that takes almost 5 hours. Shortly after arriving at Mikumi National Park, you will depart on a game drive until sunset. During the game drive, you may see zebra, lion, elephant, wild dog, impala, and more creatures. Mikumi National Park is primarily miombo woodlands with larger open areas. Finally, you will return to Camp Bastian Mikumi for dinner and an overnight stay.

Game Viewing in Mikumi National Park

Depart for a full-day game drive in Mikumi National Park with a packed lunchbox. Mikumi is the best national park in Tanzania, offering excellent opportunities to see predators and other animals. In addition, the park is home to a wide variety of bird species, including a large number of impalas, elephants, buffaloes, and giraffes. Finally, you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Climbing Udzungwa Mountains National Park

After an early breakfast, you will start your trip to Udzungwa Mountain National where you will experience its stunning natural beauty. You will explore the region by walking in the Udzungwa Mountains National Park until you reach Sanje Waterfalls. You will see different species of primates en route. Finally, we will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Mikumi.
