1-Day Ngorongoro Crater Adventure Tour

• You'll be collected from the airport.

You'll be picked up from your hotel in Arusha at 6:00 am, with your packed lunch, drive on the tarmac road 190km to Ngorongoro gate. You'll drive on and descend into the crater for an in-depth exploration of this distinctive ecosystem. You will enjoy abundant wildlife viewing set against the impressive backdrop of the Ngorongoro Crater, the heart of the conservation area. These drives provide one of the best opportunities in Africa to view black rhinos, which tend to spend their time on the crater floor. Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world’s greatest natural spectacles; its magical setting and abundant wildlife never fail to enthrall visitors and this is the place where you can be lucky to see all the Big Five.

For lunch, you will enjoy a picnic next to one of the hippo pools on the crater floor. Afterward, you will continue with the game drive while ascending the crater wall. You will drive back to Arusha, and be dropped off at the hotel of your choice.
