Upon arrival in Harare, you will be met and directed to your internal flight southeast to Gonarezhou National Park.
Gonarezhou is a little-visited but stunning park of 5,000 square kilometres, dominated by the 13-kilometre-long Chilojo Cliffs. It is dotted by only a handful of safari camps that get to explore one of the last true wildernesses left in Africa. Some of the last big tuskers still roam this ancient land along with lions, cheetahs, wild dogs, hyenas, buffalos, hippos and giraffes.
You are staying at Chilo Gorge Safari Lodge for the next 5 nights on a full board and activities basis. The lodge's 10 chalets occupy an elevated position, affording views of the Save River below and the surrounding landscape.

After your last safari activity at Chilo Gorge, you will be transferred by road to the local airstrip. You'll fly on a light aircraft back to Harare Airport. Connect to your international flight to Johannesburg, an interesting city in South Africa. Upon arrival in Johannesburg, you will be greeted by a Wayfairer representative for your private transfer to The Peech Hotel. You stay here for 1 night in a classic room with breakfast included.
The local area, Melrose, is home to excellent shopping and dining opportunities, while the on-site bistro is an award-winning restaurant and is currently only open to guests of the hotel.

You might just like to relax in the luxury of your private suite with far-reaching views, a comfortable lounge, air-conditioning and a private deck with sun loungers for soaking up some rays.
For those who like to keep active, there are lots of activities included during your stay, including kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. Snorkeling equipment is available as well as beach volleyball and cricket sets to use. Available at an additional cost are horse-riding excursions, scenic helicopter trips, deep-sea fishing, kite surfing and scuba diving.
