For a rather early morning arrival, meet you local Shoebill guide at the airport and transfer to Bwindi impenetrable Forest. This journey takes between 7-8hours drive with several stopovers along the route for refreshments, stretching and possibly a cup of coffee.
The country side is beautiful with scenic views of lush vegetation and the rolling hills as you approach Bwindi National park. There will be a stop over at the Equator to have a short picture moment and then proceed to Mbarara for lunch. Proceed to Bwindi arriving in the evening. Check in the lodge.

Gorilla Tracking & Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Early morning breakfast then hit the jungle to track the Gorillas. this exercise will take you quite some time from 3-5 hours depending on the location of the group you are going to track. Once you have located your group you are allowed to spend a full hour with the Gorillas. Return to the starting point, meet your guide and with packed lunch transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for the night stay. If time allows you will have a canoe ride in the evening.

Lake Bunyonyi -Entebbe
Breakfast, and relax the morning away. Enjoy the cool breeze for the lake. Around 10am, check out and begin the journey back to Entebbe. stop over at Igongo cultural center in Mbarara for lunch and tour the cultural center. This cultural center is a good place where you have an encounter with the culture of the Ankole people with a special emphasis on the long horned Ankole cattle. Proceed to Entebbe and either depart if night departure or drop you off at you hotel.
