Depart Nairobi early in the morning and drive through the Great Rift Valley, stopping at the escarpment viewpoint for panoramic photos. Continue to the Maasai Mara National Reserve.
This is the perfect introduction to Africa’s wildlife, offering a chance to spot lions, elephants, leopards, buffalo, and rhinos while experiencing the Mara’s rolling grasslands.
You will arrive with lodge check in and relaxation as you prepare for next day full day game drive.

Explore Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive with a packed lunch provided.
The reserve is famed for its black-maned lions and abundant wildlife, offering excellent chances to spot the Big Five.
Some cheetahs are known to rest near vehicles, providing unique photographic opportunities. Bird enthusiasts will enjoy nearly 500 species recorded in the Mara, including eagles, hawks, falcons, vultures, storks, bustards, and sunbirds.
Return to your camp in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight.

Masai Mara to Nairobi

Masai Mara to Nairobi

You’ll enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the lodge before checking out around 9:00 AM.
You can visit the Maasai village on your way back to Nairobi. This cultural visit offers a fascinating glimpse into the traditional life of the Maasai people.
You’ll have the chance to watch a traditional dance, learn about Maasai customs, and purchase handmade crafts and jewelry.
After the village visit, you’ll continue your drive back to Nairobi, with an expected arrival time of around 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM, depending on traffic.
