Iringa to Ruaha national park

The flight from Dar es salaam to Iringa departs at 7:00 AM, after arriving you will be picked from the Airport and drive to Ruaha National Park. You will find the park with its highlands forest, miombo woodlands, lowland Savannah with Acacia, and mixed woodland. But also you will find vast wetland and plains which are home to an enormous array of water birds; in the mid noon you will have lunch before advancing with game drive for the rest hours. The park offers an excellent game viewing experience with buffalo, zebra, giraffe, bushbuck, waterbuck, both greater and lesser kudu and lots of elephants roam near the Ruaha great river. Dinner and overnight will be offered at Ruaha park Bandas before next day schedule.

Game drive in Ruaha NP and Maasai culture

After breakfast make a game drive where you will find vast wetland and plains which are home to an enormous array of water birds. The park offers an excellent game viewing experience with buffalo, zebra, giraffe, bushbuck, waterbuck, both greater and lesser kudu and lots of elephants roam near the Ruaha great river. Various predators such as lion, leopard, cheetah, wild dog, hyena and so much more. In the mid afternoon after having lunch you will go at the village to learn about Maasai culture including traditions, customs, values and arts as well. Dinner and overnight will be at Ruaha Bandas inside the park.
