Tarangire National Park
After an early breakfast, you will depart for Tarangire National Park. The park is named after the Tarangire River which runs through it. This ‘river of warthogs’ is the only source of water for wildlife in the region during the dry season. In some places, the vegetation is quite dense with elephant grass and acacia woodlands. The park is well known for its elephant families, which can often be seen congregating by the river. Tarangire is the best place to see these gentle giants in their natural habitat, from the adorable calves all the way up to the intimidating bulls. You may also see giraffes, bushbucks and hartebeests. These animals are closely followed by a range of predators, including lions and leopards. There are more breeding species of birds found in Tarangire than anywhere else on the planet. After lunch and an extensive game drive, you will head to your accommodation near Tarangire. You'll arrive late in the afternoon for dinner and your overnight stay at your lodge.

Central Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, you will drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and on to Serengeti National Park with a game viewing drive en route. Serengeti National Park is undoubtedly the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world, unequalled for its natural beauty and scientific value. Over a million wildebeest and about 200,000 zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains every October and November. Then they swirl west and north after the long rains in April, May and June. So strong is the ancient instinct to move that no drought, gorge or crocodile-infested river can hold them back. Serengeti is truly home to the legendary great wildebeest migration. The Serengeti National Park is where safari-goers come to truly experience an African safari. The park is featured on many national geographic shows. You will arrive at Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Northern Serengeti National Park
The northern region of the Serengeti is a vast pristine area of wooded rolling hills interspersed with open grassy patches and large granite outcrops. The Northern Serengeti offers a chance to escape the crowds. This region of the park is wedged between the Central Serengeti and Kenya’s Masai Mara National Reserve to the north. Therefore, it is remote and relatively inaccessible which means it sees fewer visitors. Travellers who make it to this corner of the Serengeti will be rewarded with gorgeous landscapes of green rolling hills, granite outcrops and acacia woodlands dotting open savanna. You'll see incredible wildlife and most importantly, massive herds of wildebeest and zebra making the dangerous crossing of the crocodile-infested Mara River during the great migration. This happens in June and July and again in September, October and November. Meals and your overnight stay will be at your carefully selected accommodation.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Early morning after breakfast, you will depart for Ngorongoro Crater. When you first see Ngorongoro Crater, it looks like a forgotten world. It is concealed by the steep volcanic walls, a pristine wilderness that includes sweeping savannah, pockets of acacia woodland and glistening lakes and swamps. The crater was created when a large volcano exploded and collapsed on itself two to three million years ago. It is famous for both its geological delights and for being a natural reserve that is home to some of the densest large mammal populations in the whole of the African continent. The crater provides you with the best chance of seeing the endangered black rhinos, which can sometimes be spotted in the open grasslands.
After lunch and an extensive game drive, you will head back to Arusha. You will arrive late in the afternoon marking the end of your safari.
