Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve

We will pick you up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your hotel in Nairobi and depart to Masai Mara National Reserve. We will have a stopover at the Great Rift Valley for a short period before proceeding on our trip. Arrive at your camp in Masai Mara in time for lunch and a short rest before the game drive. On the afternoon game drive at 3.30 pm, you have the opportunity of spotting the magnificent wildlife in the park, ranging from the big cats such as lion, leopard and cheetah to rhino, elephant and wildebeest. We will return to the lodge by 6.30 pm.

Masai Mara National Reserve

You will have two game drives today, one in the morning from 6.15 am to 9 am, followed by breakfast, and the other in the late afternoon after lunch from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm. The wildlife is usually more active during these times of the day. As your Masai Mara safari is private, the times of your game drives will be flexible (useful if you are travelling with children, or if you are on honeymoon). You may also choose to have a full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch at no extra cost. Return in the evening for dinner and overnight at the camp.
