Day 1
Nairobi - Amboseli National Park

Your day will begin with breakfast after you arrive. Our driver-guide will drive to your hotel or the airport early in the morning to meet you and brief you on your upcoming itinerary. You’ll then depart for Amboseli National Park, which is less than five hours away from Nairobi. You’ll enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge, where we’ll arrive around lunch time for check in. Your afternoon game drive will be spent in search of zebras, wildebeest, giraffe, hippo, lions, hyena, and elephants with a view of Mt. Kilimanjaro in the background. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Day 2
Amboseli - Tsavo West National Park
Amboseli - Tsavo West National Park
Today we’ll go on an early morning game drive in search of what we missed the previous day. Most of the animals are active in the early morning when the weather is colder. This gives us more opportunities to see them—especially the big cat families. You’ll return to your lodge for breakfast and then leave Amboseli for Tsavo West. En route you’ll pass through Mzima Spring, where you can see hippos and fish in crystalline clear water. You may also see crocodiles and monkeys. Later you’ll drive to your lodge for lunch and check in formalities. In the afternoon you will go on another game drive. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Day 3
Tsavo West - Tsavo East
Tsavo West - Tsavo East
Today you have another early wake-up call for a game drive to see animals at their most active. This is especially rewarding for researchers who want to see how the animals’ behavior changes in response to the weather. At this time the animals will be out looking for what could make an easy meal. Later on, you’ll drive back to your hotel for breakfast and then depart for Tsavo East (an approximately three-hour drive). This park is famous for its elephants and lions. After lunch and check in formalities you will go on an afternoon game drive and pay a visit to the Arusha dam. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge/camp.

Tsavo East - Nairobi
Tsavo East - Nairobi
You will go on an early morning game drive in Tsavo East. Depending on your schedule, you will eat breakfast and go on one more game drive before heading back to Nairobi to be dropped off at the airport or your hotel.
