Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

You will be picked up from your hotel or the airport and be transferred to the office to clear the payment procedures. A safari briefing will take place before you finally commence your safari to the most visited reserve in Kenya. You will have stopovers at the viewpoint to witness the escarpment wall, and also get a brief history of how it was formed. You will have some time to take photos before you continue on your safari. Have another stopover in Narok where you will enjoy a hot lunch. You will arrive in Masai Mara in the evening. Enjoy an evening game drive and later return for dinner and overnight.

Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, we will proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close-range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. You will have dinner and overnight at the budget camp.

Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru National Park

You will go on an early pre-breakfast game drive, and depart for the Mara region thereafter. We will proceed to Nakuru with an en-route lunch. Appreciate the scenic views of Mt. Longonot and Lake Naivasha from afar on the main highway. Lake Nakuru National Park is known as a bird-watcher's paradise, because it hosts over 400 species of birds, including five globally threatened species. It is an important stop on the African-Eurasian Flyway. The park is also known for the Rhino Sanctuary and the Baboon Cliff. Enjoy an introductory game drive in the park until late evening. Return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
