Nairobi - Masai Mara

Your group joining safari will start with a pick up from your hotel and you will drive west for Masai Mara Game Reserve with lunch en route arriving in time for evening game drive. Masai Mara game reserve is Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Although July, August, and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round. The famous Masai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve. Later dinner and overnight in tents larger than 3x3m with varandas and bathroom sleeping on normal beds.

Morning - Evening Game Viewing

After breakfast we will proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic Savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodile. Dinner and overnight.

Masai Mara - Nairobi

After breakfast, proceed for the final game drive at the reserve. Track the big cats returning from the hunt of nocturnal animals. Enjoy their hunting skills while the prey is grazing in open savannah grassland. Witness the sundowner and take great photos with the sun and wild animals. Return with enchanting Kenya budget safari memories. Enjoy your breakfast, checkout and depart for Nairobi. A stopover for lunch followed by drop-off at your Nairobi area or the airport.
