Dar Es Salaam - Nyerere National Park

We pick you up from your accommodation in Dar-es-Salaam and drive you to Nyerere National Park with a packed lunch. The journey will take about 5 hours through the most unexplored and untouched areas of Tanzania. Arrive at Nyerere in the afternoon, in time for a boat safari where you’ll admire hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat. Dinner and overnight will be at the lodge/camp.

After breakfast, you head out on a full-day game drive in the Nyerere National Park. The park is rich in wildlife, including buffalo, lion, elephant, zebra, giraffe, impala, warthog, hippo and crocodile. Explore the park with your professional safari driver. You will have dinner and overnight at the tented camp.

Nyerere National Park / Dar Es Salaam

Early morning, after coffee, you proceed on a wilderness walking safari, accompanied by armed rangers. This is one of the most exciting and unique experiences in Tanzania. Return to the camp for breakfast and thereafter, drive back to Dar-es-Salaam where you will arrive late in the afternoon for drop-off.
