Transfer From Entebbe to Lake Mburo National Park for Game drives , walking safari and Boat safari

After breakfast, your Musana Tours and Travel guide will brief you on the exciting journey ahead, then lead you on a scenic 5-hour drive to Lake Mburo National Park via Masaka.
Along the way, we’ll stop at the Equator in Kayabwe, where you can capture memorable photos and enjoy simple experiments demonstrating the hemisphere divide.
The drive offers stunning views of Uganda’s rolling landscapes, and you’ll arrive at Lake Mburo National Park around lunchtime. After checking in at the lodge and enjoying a relaxing lunch, the adventure continues in the afternoon with a 2-hour boat cruise on the lake.
This experience brings you up close to aquatic wildlife like hippos and crocodiles while offering the chance to observe bird species such as fish eagles and kingfishers. After the cruise, you’ll have time for photography and more wildlife spotting on the way back to the lodge, a perfect warm-up for the thrilling game drive planned for the next day.

Morning walking safari and afternoon Safari

After breakfast, your Musana Tours and Travel driver-guide will take you to Lake Mburo National Park for a guided morning walking safari accompanied by an armed ranger. This unique experience allows you to explore the park on foot, getting up close to wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, elands, impalas, and topis while enjoying the fresh morning air and natural surroundings. Return to the lodge for lunch, and you can relax at the poolside with very beautiful views.

In the afternoon, enjoy a classic game drive through the park, offering further opportunities to spot wildlife across the savannah landscapes. After this enriching safari experience, return to the lodge for evening relaxation.

Ankole culture experience and Transfer back to Entebbe

After breakfast, enjoy an enriching cultural visit in the Ankole region near Lake Mburo National Park. Engage with the local community and learn about the traditions of the Banyankole people, including the significance of the iconic Ankole long-horned cattle. Experience traditional practices such as milking, ghee making, storytelling, and local music, offering a deeper understanding of the region’s heritage and way of life.

After the cultural experience, begin your scenic transfer back to Entebbe. Along the way, enjoy a stop at the Equator for memorable photos and a brief relaxation break. Proceed with your journey, arriving in Entebbe later in the day, marking the end of a rewarding and culturally rich safari experience.
