Day 1

Arrival at Umkumbe Bush Lodge

Arrival at Umkumbe Bush Lodge

Guests arrive at Umkumbe Bush Lodge at a recommended check in time. Lunch will then be served. Enjoy a cocktail around the pool before the afternoon game drive departs. Come late afternoon, an exciting three-hour game drive around the reserve awaits. The game drive includes a sundowner in the bush. Upon arrival back at the lodge, a delicious dinner is served. Guests will then enjoy a nightcap before retiring to their room for the evening.

Guests can self-drive to the lodge or arrange road transfers at an additional cost.

Guests receive a wake-up call and will get ready for their morning drive. Guests will experience an African sunrise drive in the bush on the morning game drive. Upon arrival back at the lodge, breakfast is served.
