3-Day Lake Mburo and Queen Elizabeth National Park

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

After your breakfast, you will drive to Lake Mburo National Park a journey of 4-5 hours inclusive of stopovers at the equator stopover for photo moments and a short break. You will enter the park through Nshara Gate to which you will be welcomed by several animals on the way before you reach the lodge to check in and have lunch. After lunch, you will relax as you prepare for an evening game drive and scenic views of the park. You will drive back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park and Boat Cruise

After an early morning breakfast, you will drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will enjoy the beautiful scenery on the road with many banana plantations, tea plantations, and beautiful hills. You will reach in the early afternoon to have lunch and prepare for a boat cruise in the afternoon. You will then drive to the starting point of the boat cruise and embark on your next activity where you are likely going to see several schools of hippos, herds of elephants, crocodiles, and many water and savanna birds. After the boat ride, you will drive to the park for an evening game drive to increase your chances of seeing many animals, especially the big cats that normally do the hunting late in the evening and early morning.

Morning Game Drive and Transfer to Kampala

You will wake up early for breakfast and then drive to the Kasenyi plains in search of the early grazers and the early hunters such as lions and leopards. After the game drive, you will drive back to Kampala/Entebbe through Mbarara where you may have lunch depending on the time agreed. You will arrive later in the evening.
End of the trip.
