Shoebill stork canoe tour

Following early morning breakfast, our guide will pick us up and take us on the shoebill stork tour at mabamba island. All types of birds are found here. The shoebill stork is the most popular bird of them all. Finding this bird is full of adventure because it is a bit elusive. But a smile will unfold once we see this graceful bird staring back. After this experience we shall had back for lunch. After lunch we shall have a city tour of entebbe before we head back for dinner and overnight. The city has many shops that will allow you to buy some items.

Journey to murchison through ziwa rhino sanctuary

Drive to Murchison falls National Park. You will have a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary - the only place in Uganda where you can meet the Southern white rhinos in the wilderness. You will have a short hike and look for the rhinos. Some giraffes were also recent relocated to this sanctuary hence its more than Rhinos. Lunch at Amuka Lodge within the sanctuary.

After lunch proceed to Murchison falls National Park. You will hike to the top of the falls for scenic views and photography opportunities. Proceed to the lodge for overnight accommodation and Dinner.

Game viewing and boat cruise

Day breaks with a game drive before the sun peaks. In the cool morning hours, a dizzying array of birds surface while elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, and other wildlife graze and gallivant across the grasslands. After lunch, you will set out for a rejuvenating boat cruise on the calm Victoria Nile, riding alongside hippos, crocodiles, and water birds.

Early morning Top of the falls hikes on the way home

This will be the final morning venture among the wildlife before departure from the park after breakfast and check-out. We will also have a chance to go to the top of the falls and take some pictures. A parting glance over the shoulder upon the sprawling national park and perhaps an invitation to return for a future adventure. You will continue to Entebbe for drop-off at the airport.
