Johannesburg - Kruger National Park

We will depart from Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport at 7:00 am. It is a 5- to 6-hour drive that takes you from the Highveld on a scenic route down the Lowveld escarpment to the main entrance of the southern section of the Kruger National Park. Stop for lunch enroute at your own expense.

Settle into your bungalow at Pretoriuskop or similar and freshen up. Depart for a game drive in an open safari vehicle with a Kruger National Park ranger. Please note: Children 6 years and younger are not permitted on open safari vehicles.

A 3-course al-fresco dinner under the stars is served at our private camp within the rest camp.

Open Vehicle Safari Drive

Have an early wake-up call because it's the best time to see game as the sun is rising. There’s time for tea or coffee and rusks (South African dunking biscuits) before departing for a full-day open vehicle safari drive.

A 3-course al-fresco dinner under the stars is served at our private camp within the rest camp.

Included: Hot beverages and rusks, light brunch and a 3-course dinner.

Kruger National Park - Johannesburg

You'll wake up early for hot beverages and rusks and then depart for a sunrise game drive. Enjoy a light breakfast back at the Rest Camp before packing up and departing for Johannesburg.

Arrive in Johannesburg between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm, depending on late-afternoon traffic.
