After an early breakfast at your lodge, you'll embark on an exciting game drive in the Kasenyi plains. This open Savannah grassland is a prime spot for wildlife viewing, offering opportunities to see elephants, buffaloes, kobs, and even lions and leopards on lucky days.
In the afternoon, you will enjoy a scenic boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, a journey that typically takes about two hours. You'll relax and take in the breathtaking scenery as you spot a variety of wildlife along the water.
After a thrilling day, you will return to your lodge for a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 5

Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Start the day with an early morning breakfast. Then, proceed to the Bwindi National Park headquarters for a briefing on the dos and don’ts of gorilla tracking. Experienced rangers will accompany you into the dense rainforest to search for the gentle giants. Be prepared with a raincoat and boots, as the weather can be unpredictable. Porters are available to carry luggage for a small fee. The duration of the trek varies depending on the location of the gorilla families and can range from 2 to 7 hours.. After your trek, go back to the lodge and have a late lunch (or opt for packed lunch).

Day 6

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park

Depart after breakfast and drive through scenic Ugandan landscapes, plantations, and farms. Along the way, you can optionally visit the Igongo Cultural Centre and Museum to explore the traditions of the Ankole people. Stop for lunch or a picnic at a restaurant en route. In the afternoon, arrive at Lake Mburo National Park and check in at your lodge.

Later, enjoy an evening game drive to spot zebras, impalas, buffaloes, hippos, and diverse bird species as the sun sets over the Savannah. Then return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, we will go on a safari walk in Lake Mburo National Park. We will later head to Entebbe, with a stopover at the famed Equator line. Have lunch and then proceed to the airport arriving in the afternoon.
