2-Day Luxury Safari Inside Nyerere NP Fly from Zanzibar

Fly from Zanzibar to Nyerere National Park with Walking, Boat and Game

You'll be picked up from the hotel with a drive to the airport in Zanzibar. You'll fly at 7:00 am for 45 minutes to Nyerere National Park. On arrival, our driver will take you for a walking tour from 8:30 am to 10:30 am after breakfast. Later, you'll go for a boat tour from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

You'll stop for a break and lunch at noon and later starting at 3:30 pm, you'll check in the park and go for the late afternoon game drive. Your overnight stay will be in the park.

Game Drive then Fly Back to Zanzibar

Before breakfast, start a Sunrise game drive from 6:20 am to 8:00 am. Later after breakfast from your accommodation, start the drive again and enjoy a full-day game drive by a modified safari vehicle with a professional guide.

Great animal sightings include all the favourites such as lion, elephant, giraffe, buffalo, and zebra. You will also see all the other major species, including the now rare African wild dog, and a large variety of birds. Appreciate the wonderful scenery with varied topography including wetlands, dry grassland, light acacia forest and higher ground with vast views of far-off mountains.
In the afternoon, you'll have lunch and proceed with the game drive for the rest of the day.

Start the drive to Mtemere Airstrip to catch a flight back to Zanzibar at 4:00 pm. Our driver will take you to the hotel.
