5-Day Masai Mara Amboseli Luxury Safari

Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

You will be met by our company representative on arrival at the airport or at your Nairobi hotel. He or she will introduce you to your guide/driver and brief you. After the briefing, you will leave Nairobi at 7:00 am driving southwards to Masai Mara. You will have a stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for a short photo session. Drive further southwards arriving at Mara in time for lunch at the Mara Serena Safari Lodge. After lunch, relax after the long journey till 4:00 pm. Leave the camp for an evening game drive till 6:30 pm. Masai Mara is renowned for the spectacular great migration that takes place from July through October. Nevertheless, it is an all year round destination that never disappoints. You can spot all of the Big Five (lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and Cape buffalo) at any time of the year.

Masai Mara National Reserve

You'll have breakfast at 6:30 am and leave the lodge at 7:00 am with packed picnic lunch. Enjoy a full day game drive in search of animals in this park. Among the animals, you can look forward to seeing the Masai giraffe, lion, cheetah, leopard, elephants, hippos, crocodiles, Thompson's gazelles, Grant's gazelles, impalas, topis, zebras, wildebeest, warthogs, hyenas, dik-diks, klipspringers, waterbucks, bushbucks, Coke's hartebeests, black rhinos, elands, baboons, foxes and jackals. You'll also see numerous bird species including ostrich, cormorants, grebes, storks, falcons, bastards among others.

Masai Mara National Reserve - Amboseli

Have an early breakfast followed by check out after which you will be transferred to the airstrip to board a small plane to Amboseli National park arriving on time for a small game drive before heading to Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge for lunch. After lunch proceed for the evening game drive in search of big game as well as views of Mt. Kilimanjaro returning for dinner and overnight stay.
