Once you arrive at Victoria Falls International Airport (VFA), you will be met and transferred to your accommodation. Please provide us with your flight details in advance, as pick-up times depend on your arrival.

At 16:00, your driver-guide will collect you for a Zambezi River dinner cruise. Guided tour of the falls, night game drive and bush dinner

Your day starts with an 8:30 am pick-up from the hotel for a guided tour of Victoria Falls, taking you through the rainforest to the cliffs opposite the mighty cascade. At 4:00 pm, you’ll head to the Nakavango Private Game Reserve, just 7 miles from town, for a late afternoon game drive in an open 4x4 vehicle. Traverse scenic basalt plains, Kalahari sands, and teak forests before stopping at sunset to enjoy drinks and snacks. As night falls, the spotlight safari reveals nocturnal wildlife, followed by a three-course BBQ dinner with wine, beer, and light refreshments.

Transfer from Victoria Falls, Chobe game drive and safari boat cruise

At 7:30 am, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Chobe National Park in Botswana. At the Kazungula border, you’ll meet your Botswana guide before proceeding directly to the river for a morning game-viewing cruise along the Chobe River. Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be provided during the activity.

All your luggage will be loaded into a back-up vehicle, and your driver-guide will assist with check-in after the full-day tour. The morning cruise ends around 12:30 pm, after which you will be taken to a riverside hotel for lunch.

In the afternoon, you’ll board a safari vehicle for a game drive inside Chobe National Park, where you’ll have the chance to encounter an incredible variety of wildlife. After the game drive, you will be transferred to your hotel to complete the check-in process.

Note: Depending on wildlife sightings from the previous night, the order of activities may change (e.g., starting with a game drive and finishing with the boat cruise).

Morning Chobe game drive, transfer to Elephant Sands Lodge and Afternoon game drive

Guests will begin the day with an early morning game drive at 5:30 am. The early departure increases the chances of encountering big cats while they are still active and hunting. The drive lasts approximately three hours, providing excellent opportunities to spot a wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, antelopes, buffalos, impalas, and more. Tea will be served during the activity. Afterward, guests return to the lodge for breakfast.

Following breakfast, we will depart for Elephant Sands Lodge, located about 260 km from Kasane. This unique lodge sits within an elephant sanctuary, offering an exceptional opportunity to observe these giants up close. Upon arrival, guests will check in and enjoy some leisure time. In the afternoon, a game drive is scheduled, either in the private concession or the surrounding park, depending on the guide’s recommendation.

Guests will embark on a full-day adventure into Moremi National Park, one of Botswana’s most diverse and wildlife-rich reserves. At around 4:00 pm, the game drive will conclude, and guests will be comfortably transferred back to their hotel to relax after an exciting day in the bush.

Today, guests will embark on a full-day mokoro adventure. This unique activity offers an up-close opportunity to learn about the rich culture of the delta communities as well as the diverse wildlife that inhabits the waterways. Guests will explore the delta in traditional dug-out canoes, guided by experienced locals who provide this service, ensuring that the activity directly supports the surrounding communities.

The transfer pick-up time is at 7:00 am, with the expected return around 5:00 pm, making it a full-day journey into the heart of the Okavango Delta.
