Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Leave your hotel in Arusha at 7:30 am and transfer to the Tarangire National Park. You’ll spend a 4-5 hour drive within the park that is famous for a big number of elephants and huge, scattered baobab trees. Other mammals like giraffes, antelopes, lions, and cheetahs can also be seen here but it’s not a guarantee. At 04:30 pm, you’ll leave the park and drive to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and your overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park

This is the final day's game drive. You will depart the camp and head to Lake Manyara National Park. This national park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically-located wildlife areas, consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake (covering two-thirds of the park). It is located at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The park’s varied habitat attracts a wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s largest concentrations of elephants and hippos. Lake Manyara has unique tree-climbing lions, as well as large flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake. After the game drive, you will return to Arusha or the airport.
