Zanzibar - Nyerere National Park

Pick up from your Hotel in zanzibar depart at 7:00 am and meet up with our driver and drive to Nyerere National Park, Lunch at the Lodge then afternoon after lunch embark on a boat safari, During a boat safari, there is a great chance of spotting hippos, and crocodiles, and plenty of different bird species such as the African Fish Eagle, Malachite Kingfisher, Goliath Heron, African Skimmer and Boehm's Bee-Eater. Monkeys (Blue Monkey, Savannah Baboon, and Black and White Colobus Monkey) are often spotted in the trees along the banks of the river as well as Nile Monitor Lizards. Late evening transfer back to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Early morning breakfast Leave the Tented Camp this morning with a packed lunch in hand ready for a full-day game drive in Nyerere National Park which takes a day. Now the largest National Park in Africa, Nyerere National Park, is one of the most beautiful and game-rich areas in the ecosystem of Selous Game Reserve, spanning the Rufiji River basin in southeastern Tanzania. The Rufiji River is Nyerere National Park's striking feature, which provides an excellent natural setting for boat safaris, making it one of the few places in Africa where it's possible to view wildlife and bird life from the water.
You will be expecting to see wild animals like wild dogs, Sable antelopes, black rhinoceros, Nile crocodiles, hippos along the banks of the Rufiji River, Cape buffalo, hartebeest, and eland. Picnic lunches and drinks will be served in the wilderness before heading back to camp for dinner and overnight.

Early in the morning at 06:00 depart for nature walk on the borders of the park,
Nature walks are an opportunity to relax, take your time, and explore the environment. "A nature walk is a great way to 'unplug,' observe, and explore nature while enjoying the outdoors," Back to the Camp for breakfast then fly back to Zanzibar airport for the rest of your trip.
