The safari starts from Arusha where your guide will come and pick you up from your reserved hotel and proceed to Tarangire National Park. You will have lunch at the picnic site where you will also see some of the animals passing nearby. Then, you will proceed with a game drive at the park.
The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses through the park, which is the only source of water for the wild animals here during the dry season. The park is famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees and tree-climbing African pythons. In the evening, you will be heading to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Karatu -Ngorongoro Crater
You will have breakfast then collect lunch boxes. Today, you will visit one of the seven African wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater, created when a huge volcano erupted two million years ago. The fertile lava has created a unique ecosystem, the crater has the highest concentration of animals anywhere in Africa.
The Ngorongoro Crater is home to many lion families, buffalos, zebras, wildebeests and many more species. Nowhere else offers a chance as good as this to spot the rare black rhinos. In the evening, you will be heading back to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Manyara Airstrip - Northern Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, the tour guide will pick you up and drive to Manyara Airstrip for your flight to Northern Serengeti. On arrival at North Serengeti, our guide will be there to pick you up and then continue with a game drive with a picnic lunch at the Northern part of Serengeti. You will stay for 2 days and move around the area of Bologonja and Mara River to witness the great Wildebeest migration.
In Northern Serengeti, around July to September, thousands of wildebeests and zebras battle the strong currents and huge Nile crocodiles so as to reach the other side of the river, where they head to the Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. In the evening, you will be heading to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

You will have breakfast and collect lunch boxes. You will proceed with a game drive in the Northern part of Serengeti. You will move around the area of Bologonja and Mara River to witness the great wildebeest migration. You will keep exploring the rolling plains of Serengeti National Park in search of large predators and gentle herbivorous.
The word Serengeti stems from the Maasai language and literally means endless plains. Many predators roam these vast grasslands, over 4000 lions, 225 cheetahs, 1000 leopards, 3500 hyenas and hundreds of wild dogs! Plenty of other beautiful animals as well that your guide will be delighted to search for together with you.

Northern Serengeti - Arusha
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up and transfer you to Kogatende Airstrip for your flight back to Arusha. On arrival at Arusha Airport, you'll meet with our driver guide and transfer to Arusha town where it will be the end of your beautiful safari.
