Day 1

Are you ready to hit the road and start your safari adventure? In the morning, our guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and take you to Arusha National Park. Arusha National Park has a rich variety of wildlife. Despite the small size of the park, you can find animals like the giraffe, cape buffalo, zebra, the black-and-white colobus monkey, flamingo, elephant, and many other animals. Arusha National Park offers some of the most breathtaking scenery in Northern Tanzania, including Mount Meru, the second-highest mountain in Tanzania. In the morning, you will be doing a game drive. After lunch, a ranger will accompany you on your walking safari that will give you the chance to experience the wildlife up close. At the end of the day, your guide will bring you back to Arusha, where you will stay overnight at Green Mountain Hotel.

Day 2

Today, our guide will pick you up in the morning from the Green Mountain Hotel in Arusha. The drive to Tarangire National Park will take about 2 hours. You'll enjoy the beautiful views of the local villages and Maasai herds on the way. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant population. You can also find many zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and even lions and cheetahs. You will have lunch at the picnic site in the park. In the afternoon, you'll continue your game drive. At the end of the day, you'll slowly drive out of the park and head to Migombani Campsite. You'll dive into the pool with an amazing panoramic view of Manyara!

Village Walk, Bike Tour & Local Lunch

It’s time to be active today and to see a bit more culture. You'll start early in the morning with a short hike on the Great Rift Valley wall. Make sure you wear good hiking shoes; the walk will be a bit steep and rocky. Once you are on top, you will enjoy the amazing panoramic view of Lake Manyara and Mto Wa Mbu. You’ll be surprised by all the green colours! After a few minutes' rest, you will walk down to the place where the bikes are waiting for you. The bike tour will take you through the village, where you will pass by local craft shops. You will have lunch between the banana plantations. Lots of choice between all kinds of local dishes! In the afternoon, you'll go back to Migombani campsite.

Day 4

Lake Natron + Waterfalls

Lake Natron + Waterfalls

After breakfast, you'll head to Lake Natron. The drive from Manyara to Natron is remote, with a desolate, other-worldly beauty and an incomparable feeling of space and antiquity. The roads pass through untraveled Maasai land, with small bomas and big mountains often in view. Upon arrival, your guide will take you for an adventurous walk to the waterfalls (make sure to bring walking shoes). You'll stay overnight at Lake Natron campsite.

Day 5

After breakfast, you'll head towards the Serengeti. Catch the surrounding landscapes that come complete with stunning views of Mount Ol Doinyo Lengai, a still-active volcano, and the great Rift Valley, which stretches all the way across several countries in Africa. You'll enjoy the view. After a few hours' drive, you'll be entering the Serengeti, where you'll be doing a game drive en route to Nyani or Lobo Campsite, where you'll have dinner and stay overnight.

Today, you'll continue with your game drive in Serengeti. The Serengeti is known for its endless plains of savannah and forest landscapes. The park is famous for the migration involving about 1.5 million herbivores and their followers. As you explore the wilderness, prepare to encounter many animals, including herds of elephant, waterbuck, black and white colobus monkeys, shy leopard, and both the Greater and the Lesser Kudu. At the end of the day, you'll arrive at Nyani campsite, where your private chef will prepare a nice meal for you.

In the afternoon, you'll drive to Lake Eyasi Campsite, where you'll be staying for the night.

It’s going to be a special day because today you meet the bushmen! You will visit the Hadzabe & Datoga community people who live near Lake Eyasi. The Hadzabe is a tribe of nomadic hunters. They live purely off the land and depend solely on the bush. The Datoga tribe are pastoralist who are skilled silversmiths who live near the Hadzabe and supply them with iron tips, knives, and spears in exchange for honey and fruits. After this surreal experience, we take you to Heart & Soul Lodge, which offers comfortable rooms situated throughout lush gardens. You'll dive and relax at the swimming pool!

After a good night's sleep, it’s time to go to Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara is known for the tree-climbing lions, the soda ash lake, and its flamingos. Between the game drives, we will find a nice picnic site to enjoy our lunch. In addition, you can book a walking safari and enjoy the park on foot with a park ranger. An amazing experience to see the animals up close! After our afternoon game drive, it’s time to head back to Arusha, where your safari adventure will come to an end.

In the afternoon, your guide will drive you back to your hotel in Arusha, or you can book an additional airport drop off.
