Transfer To Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

Your guide will meet and greet you at the airport or Hotel in Kigali, where you will receive a warm welcome along with a small gift. You will then be transferred to your lodge located at the edge of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Along the way, you will have a stopover in Kabale Town for stretching and optional shopping, giving you a chance to pick up any personal items you may need. The journey continues through Uganda’s scenic Gorilla Highlands, characterized by rolling hills, lush valleys, tea plantations, and vibrant local communities.

You will arrive at your lodge in time for Lunch, \after Lunch you can relax and enjoy dinner, followed by optional entertainment around the campfire.

Gorilla Trekking In Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

Wake up early, enjoy breakfast, and depart for your gorilla trekking experience. You will attend a briefing by the Uganda Wildlife Authority before setting off on your trek.
Led by experienced guides, you will hike through the forest in search of the magnificent mountain gorillas. The trek can take anywhere from 2 to 8 hours, depending on the gorillas’ location, but the experience is incredibly rewarding. Please be prepared to walk along sometimes slippery footpaths and uneven terrain as you make your way through the forest.

Once you locate the gorillas, you will spend one unforgettable hour observing and enjoying these gentle giants in their natural habitat. After the trek, you will return to the starting point for a short debriefing and receive your gorilla tracking certificate.
Afterward, We will transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, Where you can take a refreshing swim, or enjoy a boat ride as you explore the scenic islands.

Morning Relaxation and Transfer back to Kigali

Wake up at leisure. While at the lake, you can do one of these optional activities listed here, bird watching, swimming, high ropes, zip line on top of the water, string bike, boat ride to the 29 islands of Africa’s second deepest lake and the famous Punishment Island (Akempene), after having lunch at the hotel, Transfer to Kigali international air port or your hotel In Kigali.
