Pick-up will be arranged from the hotel or airport at 07:00 AM in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch. Located slightly off the main northern safari circuit, Tarangire is a peaceful and scenic park known for its striking landscapes, dotted with ancient baobab and acacia trees.

The park boasts one of the highest elephant population densities in Tanzania, offering incredible wildlife viewing opportunities. Despite its rich biodiversity, parts of Tarangire remain blissfully untouched, allowing for a more exclusive and intimate safari experience.

Tarangire National Park - Arusha

After breakfast at the camp, you will set out for a game drive in Tarangire National Park, a sanctuary well known for its huge elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and diverse landscapes ranging from riverine woodlands to open savannah. The Tarangire River, a lifeline during the dry season, attracts a remarkable concentration of wildlife, offering excellent opportunities to spot predators on the prowl and grazers gathering at the water. Lions, leopards, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, and an incredible array of birdlife are commonly seen here, making every moment in the park exciting and rewarding.

In the afternoon, after enjoying your final safari moments, you will drive back to Arusha. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off either at your hotel for overnight stay or directly at the airport for your onward journey, depending on your travel schedule.
